RECEIPT & JOINING INSTRUCTIONS:

A receipt is provided as soon as the payment is processed

Cloud Security Pass Ltd (the seller) will email the connection details and joining instructions to the participant (the buyer) a few days before the training start date, and after payment has been processed

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

If cancelled by the participant (the buyer) at least one month before the training start date, a full refund will be given, or another training date will be proposed

If cancelled by the participant (the buyer) less than a month before the training start date, there will be no refund, and another date will be proposed

If cancelled by Cloud Security Pass Ltd (the seller), a full refund will be given, or another date will be proposed
